    The Downtown Reno Library serves as the urban hub of the Library System. The centrally-located library serves the downtown residential and business community with a variety of services—leisure reading, audiovisual materials, Internet access, and an extensive reference collection. They focus on the information needs, with a large map collection, and files containing thousands of articles relating to local news and history. They also house a federal and state government publication collection and have a complete collection of local newspaper microfilm. (for obituaries etc.)
